Ray is a passionate and dedicated trans API printmaker and first year teacher who currently resides on Tongva land. Throughout their past organizing work, Ray has consistently centered their values around abolitionist thinking, community building, and mutual aid for QTPOC communities. They understand the importance of creating inclusive spaces that prioritize radical vulnerability, deepened relationships, and authentic learning of queer and POC experiences. In their role as a facilitator, Ray is committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. They actively work to create an atmosphere of open dialogue across languages (English/ Vietnamese) and encourage participants to share their thoughts and experiences. Ray's approach to facilitation is rooted in empathy and compassion, which allows them to connect with others on a deep and meaningful level
